Any changes to fees will not affect appointments already booked and paid for.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur the full consultation fee.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in the full consultation fee being charged.
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings where repeated cancellations or non-attendance occur.
6. Functional Testing
Where functional pathology or laboratory testing is recommended, participation is entirely voluntary.
Testing fees are separate from consultation fees unless otherwise stated.
The Nest Health Studio and Bianca Bown Naturopath are not responsible for delays, errors or issues arising from third-party laboratories, testing providers, shipping services or external suppliers.
7. Supplements and Products
Recommendations regarding supplements, herbal medicines or other products are based on information provided by the client at the time of consultation.
Clients should carefully review product labels and seek medical advice where appropriate.
We are not responsible for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy status or failure to follow product instructions.
